TOUR HUSTLER COMMUNITY STANDARDS

1. Purpose and Relationship to the Terms

These Community Standards (the “Standards”) describe the conduct and content permitted on Tour Hustler’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). They are incorporated into and form part of the Tour Hustler Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. If these Standards conflict with the Terms, the Terms control.

These Standards are intended to protect performers, venues, other users, and the integrity of the Platform while allowing honest communication and good-faith criticism. They do not replace a user’s responsibility to comply with the law, contractual obligations, venue rules, professional standards, or common-sense safety practices.

2. Who and What These Standards Cover

These Standards apply to every person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including performers, venue representatives, account administrators, reviewers, and visitors. They apply to usernames, profiles, biographies, credentials, listings, availability, offers, booking-related information, messages, reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, audio, performance clips, links, and any other material submitted, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise made available through the Platform (collectively, “Content”).

They also apply to conduct connected to the Platform, including communications about a potential or completed booking, conduct at an event arranged through the Platform, attempts to move prohibited activity outside the Platform, and off-Platform conduct that Tour Hustler reasonably determines creates a material risk to users, events, or the Platform’s integrity.

3. Harassment, Threats, Hate Speech, and Abusive Conduct

Users must communicate professionally. Disagreement, criticism, and a negative account of a genuine experience are permitted, but targeted abuse is not. Prohibited conduct includes:

• credible or implied threats of physical, sexual, financial, or reputational harm; incitement or encouragement of others to harass or harm a person;
• stalking, repeated unwanted contact, sexual harassment, coercion, intimidation, extortion, or blackmail;
• degrading, dehumanizing, or hateful content targeting a person or group based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, age, immigration status, or veteran status;
• slurs, malicious humiliation, coordinated harassment, or abusive conduct intended to drive someone from the Platform; and
• retaliation against a person for making a good-faith report, participating in an investigation, declining a booking, asserting a legal right, or posting a compliant review.

Tour Hustler may consider context, including whether a statement is a threat, a quotation used to condemn abuse, educational or documentary material, satire that is not reasonably likely to confuse or incite harm, or good-faith discussion of a person’s professional conduct.

4. Violence and Dangerous Activity

Users may not use the Platform to threaten, plan, promote, celebrate, or facilitate violence or serious physical harm. Prohibited Content or conduct includes instructions intended to enable violent wrongdoing, glorification of a recent violent attack when likely to encourage further harm, encouragement of suicide or self-harm, trafficking in weapons in violation of law, or arranging dangerous activity without appropriate authorization and safeguards.

Content depicting violence may be restricted or removed based on its purpose, severity, and context. Documentary, newsworthy, educational, or safety-related content may be allowed when it does not exploit victims or create an unreasonable risk.

5. Illegal Activity

Users may not use the Platform to commit, solicit, facilitate, advertise, or conceal illegal activity. This includes fraud, theft, trafficking or exploitation, money laundering, bribery, distribution of unlawful drugs, unlawful weapons activity, sale of stolen goods, evasion of sanctions or legal restrictions, falsification of licenses or credentials, and any activity involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Users may not ask another person to break the law or provide Content that meaningfully assists criminal activity. Tour Hustler may remove Content or restrict activity where there is a reasonable basis to believe it is unlawful or creates legal or safety risk, even before a court or agency has made a final determination.

6. Sexual or Pornographic Content

Tour Hustler is not an adult-content or sexual-services platform. Pornography, depictions of sexual acts, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual solicitation, and Content that sexualizes or exploits a minor are prohibited. Users may not upload intimate Content without the informed consent of every depicted adult and all necessary rights and permissions.

Non-explicit artistic or performance-related Content may be permitted, but Tour Hustler may restrict or remove it based on context, audience, applicable law, or the risk that it is exploitative, harassing, or inappropriate for the Platform. Apparent child sexual exploitation material may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law; users must not download, copy, or redistribute such material and should report it immediately.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings should help the community make informed decisions. A review must reflect the reviewer’s genuine, relevant, firsthand experience and must be as accurate and specific as reasonably possible. A user may not:

• post a review about an experience that did not occur, materially misrepresent an experience, use a fabricated identity, or submit substantially duplicative reviews;
• make a knowingly false or recklessly misleading statement of fact, impersonate another reviewer, or present speculation as established fact;
• post a review primarily to harass, extort, punish, or retaliate against another person, or threaten a review to obtain money, services, concessions, or an unrelated advantage;
• offer, request, buy, sell, or provide compensation or another incentive conditioned on a review expressing a particular positive or negative sentiment;
• fail to clearly disclose a material personal, family, employment, ownership, agency, or financial connection that could affect the review’s credibility; or
• coordinate review bombing, rating manipulation, or reciprocal reviews that do not reflect genuine independent experiences.

Tour Hustler does not remove a review merely because it is negative, critical, or disputed. Good-faith opinions and truthful accounts of genuine experiences are permitted. Tour Hustler may remove or limit a review that violates these Standards, is unrelated to the reviewed transaction or user, or cannot be meaningfully evaluated because necessary context is unavailable. The subject of a review may respond through available Platform features but may not intimidate or retaliate against the reviewer.

8. Impersonation, Fraudulent Accounts, and Misrepresentation

Users must provide accurate account and listing information and may not impersonate another person, performer, venue, organization, or Tour Hustler representative. Users may not create accounts using stolen information, falsely claim authority to act for a performer or venue, misrepresent identity, age, qualifications, affiliation, ownership, availability, pricing, audience metrics, insurance, licensing, or event details, or use a deceptive name, image, domain, or badge that is likely to confuse others.

Parody, commentary, or fan accounts must be clearly identified and must not be used to deceive, harass, divert payments, or interfere with another user. Creating or using additional accounts to evade a restriction, suspension, verification requirement, payment control, or other enforcement action is prohibited.

9. Privacy, Doxxing, and Private Information

Users may not disclose, solicit, threaten to disclose, sell, or misuse another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization or another lawful basis. This includes home addresses, personal telephone numbers or email addresses, precise nonpublic location, government identification numbers, financial information, login credentials, medical information, private communications, private booking details, and images or recordings made where a person reasonably expected privacy.

Users must respect consent when photographing, recording, or posting Content from an event. Information that is publicly available may still be prohibited when aggregated or shared to facilitate harassment, stalking, identity theft, or physical harm. Users must not pressure another person to reveal unnecessary personal information or use Platform data for surveillance, scraping, unauthorized marketing, or discrimination.

10. Copyright and Other Intellectual Property

Users may submit only Content they own or are authorized to use. This requirement applies to music, sound recordings, photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, video, performance clips, written material, names, likenesses, and other protected material. Crediting an owner, purchasing a copy, or finding material online does not by itself create permission to use it.

Users may not remove ownership information, misrepresent authorship, distribute unauthorized recordings, misuse another party’s trademarks, or submit Content that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights. Copyright owners or their authorized agents should use the copyright-reporting instructions identified on the Platform. Tour Hustler may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material, forward a notice or counter-notice, restore material when legally appropriate, and terminate or restrict repeat infringers in accordance with the Terms and applicable law.

11. Spam, Scams, and Platform Manipulation

Users may not use the Platform to deceive others, obtain money or information through fraud, or disrupt authentic use of the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• phishing, advance-fee schemes, fraudulent invoices or payment instructions, fake booking offers, malware, malicious links, or attempts to obtain passwords, verification codes, or financial information;
• irrelevant, repetitive, misleading, or indiscriminate bulk messages; unauthorized commercial solicitation; or scraping and mass collection of Platform data;
• artificially inflating views, followers, ratings, reviews, responses, bookings, availability, or other engagement through bots, click farms, coordinated activity, or deceptive accounts;
• interfering with search, ranking, reporting, identity verification, fraud prevention, safety features, or other Platform systems; and
• using multiple accounts, automation, or third parties to circumvent eligibility requirements, fees, transaction controls, account limits, or enforcement.

Automation or integrations expressly authorized by Tour Hustler may be used only within the scope of that authorization.

12. Safe Venue and Performer Conduct

Every user is responsible for acting reasonably and complying with applicable safety, occupancy, licensing, accessibility, alcohol, labor, and event requirements. Venue representatives and performers must communicate material safety information promptly and must not conceal a known hazard or pressure another person to accept an unsafe condition.

Venue representatives must take reasonable steps to provide premises, equipment, electrical service, ingress and egress, staffing, and security appropriate for the event; accurately describe material site conditions and restrictions; maintain required approvals; and address known hazards. They may not knowingly exceed lawful capacity, obstruct exits, provide dangerously defective equipment, or permit violent, predatory, or seriously intoxicated conduct to continue without a reasonable response.

Performers and their teams must follow reasonable venue safety instructions and agreed technical limits; use equipment responsibly; and obtain required approval before using flame, pyrotechnics, smoke, weapons, aerial rigging, hazardous materials, animals, extreme sound, crowd participation, or dangerous stunts. They may not create a substantial safety risk through violence, harassment, reckless conduct, incapacitating intoxication, or intentional damage.

A user who reasonably believes a condition presents an imminent risk may stop participation and should contact emergency services when appropriate. Nothing in these Standards guarantees that a user, venue, performer, listing, or event is safe. Users remain responsible for reasonable due diligence and for decisions about whether to attend, host, book, or perform.

13. Reporting Violations

Users should report suspected violations through the reporting feature or support channel identified on the Platform. A useful report identifies the account or Content, explains what happened and when, includes relevant links or booking information, and provides screenshots or other evidence when safely available. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

Tour Hustler is not an emergency service. If there is an imminent threat to life or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first. Reports involving apparent child sexual exploitation, credible threats, trafficking, or other serious crimes may be referred to law enforcement or other appropriate organizations as permitted or required by law.

Reports must be made in good faith. Knowingly false, fabricated, abusive, duplicative, or retaliatory reports violate these Standards. Tour Hustler may limit disclosure of a report or reporter’s identity, but cannot promise anonymity or confidentiality, especially where disclosure is required for safety, due process, or legal compliance.

14. Review, Investigation, and Cooperation

Tour Hustler may review reports and other information available to it, including Content, account and transaction records, user history, relevant off-Platform evidence, and information from third parties. Tour Hustler may use automated tools, machine-assisted review, fraud-detection systems, and human reviewers to identify potential policy violations, spam, fraud, impersonation, intellectual-property complaints, safety concerns, and other risks. Automated systems may assist in prioritizing or detecting potential violations, but Tour Hustler may also rely on human review where appropriate. Tour Hustler may request identity information, licenses, ownership records, permissions, communications, safety documentation, or other information reasonably relevant to an investigation.

Users must respond honestly and reasonably cooperate with an investigation, preserve relevant information, and refrain from retaliation, witness interference, evidence destruction, or attempts to obstruct review. Failure to cooperate, providing false information, or evading temporary safeguards may itself result in enforcement.

Tour Hustler may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect a person from harm, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and security of Tour Hustler, users, or others, subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

15. Content and Account Enforcement

Tour Hustler may take action when it reasonably believes Content or conduct violates these Standards or the Terms, creates safety or legal risk, undermines trust, or may harm users or the Platform. Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

• requesting information or correction; issuing education, a warning, or a notice;
• rejecting, removing, redacting, disabling access to, or reducing the visibility or distribution of Content;
• limiting messages, listings, reviews, search visibility, bookings, or other features;
• requiring identity, authority, ownership, safety, or other verification;
• canceling or preventing a listing, booking, or transaction where permitted by the Terms;
• temporarily restricting or suspending an account while a matter is reviewed; or
• permanently suspending or terminating an account and preventing the creation or use of replacement accounts.

Where reasonably practicable, Tour Hustler may notify the affected user of an enforcement action. Notice may be delayed, limited, or omitted where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, protection of an investigation, or security of the Platform. Tour Hustler may preserve removed Content or related records for legitimate business, safety, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

No Right to Continued Access. Nothing in these Community Standards creates a right to maintain an account, listing, review, search ranking, recommendation, visibility, booking opportunity, or continued access to any feature or portion of the Platform. Subject to the Terms and applicable law, Tour Hustler may modify, suspend, restrict, remove, or discontinue access to any Content, feature, service, or account at its discretion.

16. Repeat and Severe Violations

Tour Hustler may apply progressively stronger consequences for repeated violations. In deciding what action is appropriate, Tour Hustler may consider the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the conduct; the user’s history; intent and knowledge; credibility and available evidence; efforts to correct harm; cooperation; and the risk of recurrence.

Repeat violations need not involve the same policy or category of misconduct. Tour Hustler may consider violations across multiple Community Standards provisions, the Terms, related accounts, coordinated activity, prior enforcement actions, or patterns of behavior demonstrating ongoing abuse or risk to the Platform or its users.

A single severe violation may result in immediate permanent suspension or termination. Severe violations may include credible threats, violence, sexual exploitation, trafficking, deliberate fraud, serious doxxing, dangerous conduct, material account deception, or conduct creating a substantial risk of harm. Related violations across multiple accounts or involving coordinated actors may be treated together.

17. Appeals

When Tour Hustler offers an appeal, the notice or applicable support process will explain how to submit it. An appeal should identify the decision, explain the claimed error, and include any relevant new information. Tour Hustler may limit the time, number, scope, or availability of appeals and may decline to consider repetitive, abusive, untimely, or unsupported submissions.

Not every decision is appealable. Temporary safeguards, content-distribution decisions, warnings, legally required actions, security measures, or decisions that do not materially restrict an account may be excluded. Filing an appeal does not pause an enforcement action. Tour Hustler may affirm, reverse, or modify a decision, and the result of an available appeal is final unless Tour Hustler agrees to further review.

18. Enforcement Discretion; No Duty to Monitor

Tour Hustler has discretion to interpret and enforce these Standards in good faith and in light of the facts and context available at the time. It may act before completing an investigation when reasonably necessary to reduce risk. It may prioritize the most serious matters, decide that evidence is insufficient, choose among available remedies, or take no action. Similar matters may result in different outcomes because context, evidence, history, and risk differ.

No Legal Determination. Removal of Content, restriction of an account, publication of a warning, or any other enforcement action does not constitute a legal finding regarding the truth or falsity of any statement, whether a person violated the law, or whether any party is legally liable. Enforcement decisions are made solely for purposes of administering the Platform and reducing risk.

Tour Hustler does not undertake a general duty to monitor all users, Content, communications, venues, performers, or events, and it does not guarantee that prohibited Content or conduct will be detected, removed, or prevented. A delay or failure to enforce these Standards in one instance does not waive Tour Hustler’s right to enforce them later or in another instance. Nothing in these Standards requires Tour Hustler to take an action that would violate applicable law.

19. Updates and Contact

Illustrative Examples. The examples contained in these Community Standards are illustrative and not exhaustive. Conduct or Content may violate these Community Standards even if it is not specifically described, where Tour Hustler reasonably determines that the conduct is substantially similar, creates comparable legal, safety, operational, or reputational risks, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the Platform.

Tour Hustler may update these Standards to address new features, risks, legal requirements, or community needs. The current version and its effective date will be posted on the Platform, and additional notice will be provided when required by law or the Terms. Continued use of the Platform after an update becomes effective is governed by the updated Standards, subject to applicable law.
